Scary weird😱

I just tried to charge my iPod right? Well, it didn't charge but I did at the same time I have it plugged in for 4 hours and it still didn't charge then I checked my battery app that tells me how much battery I have and it said fully charged then I turned my iPod off then back on and then it said that I had 9 percent battery ok? Yeah, so then I do it one more time and it finally charges and I have full battery .... Scary weird right?😱😱😱😱😱
